Tree Posts - How it works

1. Each tree kit comes with a unique code included in the instructions.
2. To create a Tree post, the recipient will go here and sign up for a Forest profile.
3. After creating their profile, they can name their tree, enter the unique code, upload a photo, and write a message.
4. Upon submission, a Tree post will be created, with a shoutout and linking to Your Forest profile. The post will also display the location where the matching trees are planted.
5. As the tree grows, recipients can post updates to their Tree post.
6. For creating a Tree post, recipients will receive 1 Seed point. Seed points can be used to plant real trees (1 Seed point = 1 Tree). They will also receive an additional 1 Seed point for signing up.
7. The Tree Kits tab on Your Forest profile will display all the Tree posts linked to Your Forest.
8. For each tree kit gifted, recipients will receive Giving tree points (equal to the number of matching trees planted in the sender's Forest). You will also receive 1 Giving tree point as a form of recognition for each Tree post created.
